AI Shopping Assistant and Data Collection

Our product features AI-powered communications, chat and experiential interfaces. When you interact with the AI assistant, we collect chat conversations, email addresses (if provided for waitlist), IP addresses, session identifiers, conversation metadata, and abuse detection data. Messages are processed by third-party services including OpenAI (GPT model), Supabase (database), and Vercel (edge runtime). See their respective privacy policies for details.

Data Retention for AI Chat

  • Chat conversations: 12 months or as required by local regulations
  • Email addresses (waitlist): 12 months or as required by local regulations
  • IP addresses (rate limiting): 12 months or as required by local regulations
  • Session identifiers: 12 months or as required by local regulations
  • Banned user records: 12 months or as required by local regulations
  • Referral attribution cookies: 12 months or as required by local regulations
